You book directly with us, Gaby and Martijn. That means no intermediary, no service fee and no booking fee, and when you have a question you have us on the line.
Cancellation, your choice
With your request you choose for yourself how freely you want to be able to cancel. More freedom costs a little more, stricter terms earn a discount. That surcharge and discount apply to the nights; the final cleaning is the same whichever you pick and is always refunded if you cancel before arrival. The deposit comes back to you in every case.

5 per cent on the nights
For anyone not yet sure the trip will happen.
- Up to five days before arrival you get everything back.
- After that, half of the nights you do not use.
- The final cleaning is always refunded.
Standard standard

The same terms as on our listing.
- Up to thirty days before arrival you get everything back.
- Between thirty and seven days before, half of the nightly rate.
- Within seven days, the final cleaning only.
- And always everything back within 48 hours of booking, provided you booked at least fourteen days before arrival.

For anyone certain they are coming who would rather pay less.

If we ever have to cancel, which we would rather not, you get everything back and we help you look for something else nearby.
Payment, yours to choose too
A request through this site is not yet a booking and costs nothing. We let you know within 24 hours whether the dates are free and what the stay costs exactly. Only once you agree do we hold the dates and send you a payment request.
In one payment
You pay the full amount as soon as we confirm the booking and you agree.
In two parts
Half on confirmation and the rest at the latest fourteen days before you arrive. At no extra cost.
Available if you book at least 30 days before arrival.
No service fee and no booking fee are added, and paying in two parts costs nothing extra. What you see in the calendar is what you pay, the nights added up plus the final cleaning.
What is added to the nightly rate
- Final cleaning € 195 per stay, including bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels.
- Deposit € 500, returned to you after the stay once we have seen the apartment.
- Beach towels are not included; bring your own.
The stay
A minimum of 4 nights and a maximum of 30. The apartment takes 4 guests at most; that is not a guideline but what the licence states. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. The house rules form part of these terms.
Who the host is
G&M Vuik Invest, S.L.U., NIF B75430843, Mijas, Málaga, Spain. Registered with the Registro de Turismo de Andalucía under VUT/MA/99015. We are required to report the identity details of every guest aged fourteen and over to the Spanish authorities; how that works is set out in the privacy statement.
