Arrival and check-in
- Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is by 10:00.
- The door has a smart lock, so you get your own code in advance and do not have to wait for anyone. You can still reach us, before and during your stay, on WhatsApp or by phone.
- A later check-out can be arranged when nobody arrives on your departure day. Just ask the day before.
- Harmony is a gated development with its own entrance gate. The key to that gate is waiting for you in the key safe, together with the front door key and the remote control for the garage.
Parking and the way in
- The apartment comes with its own space in the underground car park, so there is no hunting for a spot on the street.
- From your space the lift (elevator) takes you straight to the floor the apartment is on. There are no stairs, not even with suitcases.
- The apartment itself is all on one level.
What is waiting for you
- Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are included in the final cleaning of € 195 per stay.
- A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine and kettle.
- Washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms, and fast wifi.
- An 85-inch LG OLED smart TV, a Sonos sound system, an Apple HomePod in the living room and HomePod minis in the bedrooms.
- A cot and a high chair can be hired; ask for them with your request and they will be ready.
- Beach towels are not included; bring your own.
Costs on top of the nightly rate
- Final cleaning € 195 per stay, including bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels.
- Deposit € 500, refunded after the stay.
- No service fee and no booking fee. You pay for the nights and the final cleaning, nothing else.
- A minimum of 4 nights, a maximum of 30.

Techny Ges operates an exterior security camera on the back garden and also uses the video doorbell at the front door of the apartment, which looks out over the communal corridor and the lift. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

What time can I check in and check out?

Where do I park?
In the underground car park of the complex, in the space that belongs to the apartment. From there the lift takes you straight to the floor the apartment is on.
Is there wifi?
Yes, fast wifi throughout the apartment. The details are waiting for you on arrival and are also in the arrival instructions.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed either, indoors or on the terrace.
Do my details have to be passed to the authorities?
Yes. Spanish hosts are legally obliged to report the identity details of every guest aged fourteen and over to SES Hospedajes, part of the Ministry of the Interior. We ask for those details only after your booking is confirmed, and keep them for as long as the law prescribes.
